Rocknus is gathering musicians for it's newest managed rock band. Currently auditioning for the following positions:

Lead Singer
Drummer
Bass
Guitar (Rhythm)
Guitar (Lead)
Wild Card (Instrument, vocal or talent. Anything goes. Impress us!)

Male and female contestants welcomed. *Auditions will be filmed and broadcast on a show.

Must be open minded and available to take the ride. You need to let us brush your rock and roll hair which means we will dress you and provide your set list. We will form the band into an "act." It's more fun than you think if you can let go and let someone else run the show. You will be managed. You must be manageable. It's simple really. You just have to trust that we will showcase your talent and let your strengths shine through so that we can all enjoy as much success as possible and have fun doing it. If you are on the same page and make the band, here's what you will enjoy...

The band does not pay for anything. This is a completely managed project. A large, climate controlled, clean, private rehearsal space in Haverhill, MA is provided. The space includes everything a rock band needs from drum kit to guitar rigs, PA system, etc. Technically, you don't even need to bring an instrument or mic, but if you have one of your own that you prefer to use, bring it to your audition.

The band will also enjoy a professionally designed web site as well as a media presence via all of the popular social media pages, professionally maintained. The band will enjoy professional recording and CD duplication at no cost to the band members. Videos (music videos, rockumentaries, etc) are filmed in high def with multiple cameras, edited, produced and published free of charge for the band. T-shirts and other merchandise will be designed and produced at no cost to the band members. The band will be promoted, marketed, advertised and all of that at no cost to any band member. All you have to do is be a good, reliable, loyal player and member of the band and let us do what we need to do with you.

Think of it as stage acting. The actors know someone else is writing the script. Someone else is directing. Someone else is producing. Someone else is doing makeup and dress, etc. The actor just wants to be part of the show. If that sounds like what YOU want to do, hit us up. You are not putting your career in our hands. This is simply a project that you can be part of or not. The band meets only one time per week for rehearsal/general business and then for any scheduled appearances. That's it. One weekly meeting and GIGS!
